The Merula Cup menstrual cup is unique because it comes in a single size. Therefore, it doesn't matter how old you are, what your athletic level is, whether you're experiencing your first period, or have already given birth. If needed, you can shorten the soft ladder stem to your desired length. This also makes it easier for you to remove the cup.
The Merula Cup holds up to 38 ml (otherwise, you would need about 2 Super Plus tampons!). For you, this means: not having to think about your period for up to 8 hours.
Made from 100% medical-grade silicone.
Free from plasticizers
Free from animal-derived ingredients
Made in Germany
The Merula Cup Vampire isn't afraid of daylight and will safely accompany you even on the darkest nights. When not in use, you don't need a coffin for your cup; you can simply store it in its bag with cute bats.

Before using for the first time, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap first. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods—you can try a few and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been correctly positioned. If you're unsure, feel the bottom of the cup—it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you notice dents or folds, it hasn't fully opened. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, try gently pulling on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established and the cup is successfully positioned!
