Conduct the test at room temperature. Remove the test strip from its sealed packaging and proceed with the test immediately. Hold the test strip vertically and immerse it into the urine sample container with the arrows pointing downward. Do not submerge the strip beyond the MAX line, indicated by the arrows on the strip. After 5 seconds, remove the strip from the container and place it on a clean, dry surface. Wait for the colored lines to appear. Evaluate the result no earlier than 5 minutes and no later than 10 minutes after testing.
