Ингаляции – миска с теплой водой (колбаса), стакан с теплой водой, ингалятор.
Массаж – добавьте 4–5 капель в 10–15 мл любимого базового масла и массируйте себя, желательно по классической технике.
Сауна – добавьте 4-6 капель в ковш воды и полейте раскаленные камни. Стоит создать смесь, например, с натуральным маслом: мяты, эвкалипта, лимона.
Ванна – 3-5 капель развести в небольшом количестве базового масла и добавить в ванну, наполненную на 1/3 теплой водой. Время купания до 15-20 минут.
