The best lip care I've ever had.
Best balm in the past 4 years. I bought it at the pharmacy based on the pharmacist's recommendation. Its solid form is just what I needed, making it difficult to overapply the product. There is no feeling of greasiness or sticky lips, and it also has a very pleasant, light, sweet scent.

I'm buying it for the second time for a teenager. The problem: very dry lips. Previously, I bought bebe and eucerin. All products are decent. But it's specifically topikrem that doesn't leave greasiness or stickiness. I apply it every 3-4 hours. But it was the same with other balms. Yes, it really feels like it will break any moment. It actually happened with the first one. On the very first day. But I learned to use it more carefully.
I didn't like it. To feel it, you have to press very hard and apply it 2-3 times. The moisture lasts only about half an hour. The slanted shape is not only inconvenient for applying lipstick, but also for the plastic casing. It doesn't stay in place when moving, it gives the impression that it will break with slightly stronger pressure. I definitely wouldn't buy it again.
I really like it, it has a pleasant smell, moisturizes well, applies very smoothly even if you apply a lot, absorbs quickly, and my lips don't dry out after absorption. It doesn't leave a greasy vaseline-like shine. The packaging is convenient, in the form of a regular lipstick with a slant cut. I used to use Carmex, which was disappointing, but this is an excellent replacement for it.
Not a bad balm, but maybe it just didn't work for me. It's too dry and doesn't moisturize as I expected, causing my lips to slightly stick together when talking, which is not very comfortable. I prefer the Carmex series of balms more: I've tried the cherry and watermelon ones. I won't be buying Topicream anymore, it disappointed me.

It didn't work at all. The effect lasts no more than 40 minutes to 1 hour. Then you have to apply it again. I wanted to try it instead of Bioderma, but I absolutely didn't like this lipstick. It makes my lips feel tight and doesn't moisturize well. I don't recommend it.

In the end, I bought the Neutrogena® Intense Repair Lip Balm and overnight my lips became silky! I continue to use this balm, it's not bad at all - it moisturizes, doesn't roll off the lips, has a delicate texture, is not sticky, and doesn't leave a film. Overall, it has many advantages, so I can recommend it as a daily care product, but it is not suitable for restoration.
