Ordered 10/69, liked the result, but it gives a gray shade. Used a 9% developer in a 1:1 ratio. Also, after coloring, it is necessary to use a mask.
I paid a lot of money. The dye didn't take at all. This has never happened to me before. I dried and mixed my hair, but the color didn't take even a bit. I bought 6/16 with a violet undertone. Extremely disappointed. I strongly advise against it.
The paint is excellent! But the company's service is not. This is the second time I've had a delivery from the EU that arrived later than the specified timeframe (more than 5 days). So, ladies, take this into account.
I really like the hair dye for toning bleached hair! I mix 10.36, 10.05, and 10 in equal parts with a 1.8 developer. The shine and color are superb!!!
Great paint, my hair feels soft and silky after using it. I have been using the shade 10/69 with 1.9% developer to tone the length of my bleached hair. It effectively eliminates yellow tones and adds fullness to my hair. It doesn't wash out quickly and after each wash, it has a nice shade and becomes lighter. I follow the proportions and timing instructions for toning the length. The only downside to this dye is the price.
I bought the 8.1 hair dye and a 9% developer. The dye is good, it makes my hair soft and the color is nice. However, I have stubborn gray hair, and unfortunately, the dye doesn't cover it. I will have to look for something else.

I bought 6.16 with the goal of evening out the color of my hair with the roots as I am growing out my natural color. The base color was not my own, it was a washed-out warm 7. I was expecting the 6.16 to darken my hair by one shade since my hair is closer to a cool-toned 6, and the regrowth is very noticeable. However, the dye practically made me a brunette. I was shocked to see a chestnut warm color as the result. Naturally, this did not align with my goal and expectations. For those considering buying this specific shade, be aware that it is extremely dark and intense. I will gradually wash it out in the hope that it becomes less intense over time. I am deducting a star for the mismatch with the claimed shade.
Seems okay, soft with low percentage, but it washed off the blonde color in a week. Not worth the money (it took 2 tubes for medium length thick hair).
Best hair dye ever!! I have been using this dye for over 10 years and have never regretted it! It completely covers gray hair, makes hair shine, and the shade of the dye matches the description perfectly. Just make sure to follow the instructions precisely and preferably have a professional hairstylist apply the dye! Make sure to accurately time and dilute the solution, and everything will be fine!!
I decided to try this dye again. In my previous review, they recommended 1.9% oxidizer. I took 10.93 dye. The dye darkens very much, I held it for 10 minutes, for this I take off a star. But the shade 10.93 is beautiful).
Finally, I found the perfect dye for my dark brown wavy hair! I tried a lot of different brands of similar price range, but they either dried out my hair horribly or gave me a very yellow tint. This dye gives an excellent natural ash-wheat color with a beige hue. It doesn't damage my hair too badly. It is also easy to apply. I highly recommend it!
I didn't like the paint, I'm going back to my favorite Matrix. I bought shade 9.43 hoping for a pink blond, but it turned out to be an unnatural bright red, with no trace of pink undertones. Moreover, the hair was unevenly colored (the gray ones were barely touched) and after a couple of weeks, the color faded on half of my hair and turned yellowish. It's just terrible, I'm very disappointed. The only plus I found is that it doesn't have a strong smell when applied.

I have settled on Wella Professionals Illumina because it has excellent quality, a wide range of colors, and doesn't wash out quickly on gray hair like other brands. The customer service is excellent, but the price is a bit high for a 60ml tube.
