Cured my persistent breakouts that didn't go away for six months! I used it in combination with the salises line of the same brand. It's amazing!
Despite the fact that the lotion is quite aggressive, after using it, the skin became much cleaner, and breakouts significantly reduced. I only use this lotion from the azelac series on the recommendation of a cosmetologist. However, all the skincare products from this manufacturer are quite good.

I have rosacea, sensitive oily skin. It helps a lot in removing pimples on the cheeks. The lotion is alcohol-based, it burns a lot at first, but I immediately apply moisturizing cream and thermal water. I use it 1-2 times a week.

Very aggressive lotion. I don't exclude that it might be suitable for people with very oily and thick skin, but for me, it caused terrible dehydration. My skin looked burnt and windburned, and my issues only got worse. Although it was described as suitable for my skin type. I also used the moisturizing cream from the same series, but it didn't make things better, only worse. Perhaps such aggressive products should only be used under the supervision of a dermatologist.
The cosmetics are very good. I have tried a lot of things. It all started with azelaic acid peeling at the cosmetologist's. The skin has transformed. Previously, there was nothing similar in effect. I bought the cream gel and this lotion from this series. I used it all winter. The skin becomes clean and breakouts decrease by 70%, closed comedones are completely gone, and the skin tone evens out. The product dries out the skin, so don't forget about moisturizing. Use it in courses because it can really harm the skin, as it is an acid. The effect is long-lasting, you can see that it works with the sebaceous glands. Now I use it once every 2-3 weeks (not in summer). It helped my husband a lot with breakouts on his back. That's it.

All the praise reviews about this lotion are true. It really cleanses the skin excellently. I use it in combination with other products from the brand: my complexion looks better, fewer breakouts, cleaner pores, and smooth, polished skin. I use it once or twice a day. To preserve every precious drop of the liquid, I transferred the lotion to a glass bottle as spraying it on cotton pads is not as convenient.
I use it on the recommendation of a cosmetologist (in parallel with azelaic acid peeling). It works great for resolving subcutaneous breakouts (the ones that are internal and cannot be physically removed). I recommend it to everyone. Unlike salicylic acid products, it doesn't dry out my skin. Currently, I'm using the toner on its own, but I might add a cream from Sesderma. The toner has a mild tingling sensation (definitely on damaged skin, but it's acceptable on intact skin). It also helps in evening out the overall complexion, which is a bonus.
I only use it at night. If used during the day, it is necessary to use a sunscreen and moisturizer. It works well in conjunction with the SALISES face wash, as recommended by my dermatologist.
I recently discovered Sesderma. I came across the Azelac lotion and Sebovalis cream. In terms of ingredients and sensations, they are probably as potent as a pharmacy concoction.
