I followed the instructions on the packaging, but the cream did not remove the hair from the root as promised. Instead, it broke off at the root, giving me a razor-like effect. I didn't see any benefit from using this cream, it was a waste of money.

Did not remove completely from the legs! Kept it on for 15 minutes. Pleasant smell, no reaction on the skin whatsoever. It would be more suitable for hair on the arms or for those who have never shaved and have thin hair.
