Wonderful heat protection! My hair is absolutely thrilled with it!
This is my second time ordering, but in a larger size. It's the best heat protectant I have ever used. However, it tends to run out quickly when used on long hair, so it's better to go for a larger size right away.
The scent is nice and at first, my hair had a beautiful shine, but after using it for a while, I noticed that the lotion dries out my hair. I started using more moisturizing masks and eventually stopped using this product.

This is simply a treasure! The hair feels like silk! I use it with the shampoo and liquid silk from chi. I have color-treated ends (residue from air-toucher, hence very fragile), so this is simply salvation!
This terrible heat protectant severely dries out the hair. After using it, my hair became straw-like and I had to trim off the damaged ends.
This thermal protector worked perfectly for my hair (dyed blonde). My hair becomes smooth, shiny, and soft after using it. I had previously tried another thermal protector from CHI, but the results were worse. This product is much better and more effective.

Waste of money. I've tried Chi, but I really don't like this product at all. After drying, my hair feels like it's sticking together, and the comb gets stuck.
I absolutely love this lotion! After using it, my hair becomes soft and silky, it doesn't get tangled, and it's easy to comb through. I no longer need to use hair conditioner - it's just sitting there unused, which means I'm saving money and time - it's a small thing, but it's nice. I still don't know how well the lotion works as a heat protectant, that will take some time to figure out. But I am already very satisfied with my purchase. It's also very economical to use: I only need one pump for my short bob hair, maybe even less, otherwise, it can feel a bit heavy on the hair. And the best part is the amazing scent it has! I can't help but feel delighted every time I apply it. Overall, taking care of my hair has become a pleasure for me.

I used this heat protectant back in my college days when I used to dye my hair and frequently use a flat iron. I decided to get it again because my hair became unruly after coloring. It definitely deserves 5 stars. The formula hasn't changed over the years, it moisturizes the hair very well without making it greasy. It's a lifesaver for dry ends that are difficult to comb. It has a very economical usage, just 2 pumps are enough for my hair. Also, thanks to the makeup brand for the prompt delivery, of course.
I'm not sure about its heat protection, but it works well as a styling product. It has a pleasant scent. I feel like my hair gets greasier faster with it. Also, it shines less compared to liquid silk.
