This eyeliner is of good quality and has a rich black color. It is easy to apply and comes with a convenient applicator. You can create thin lines with it. It is best to apply it on top of eyeshadow or powdered eyelids, as it will stay on well and last long. I have oily eyelids, so if I don't use powder, it smudges a bit, but this happens with any eyeliner, so I don't consider it a drawback. It is easily removed with face wash foam. I have previously used Eveline, and I find them quite similar to each other. I am very satisfied with this purchase and even bought another one for 234 UAH.
I bought this product on sale, and it's probably the last time I will buy it. The applicator is great, but the longevity is practically non-existent! If a tear runs down my face due to wind, it ruins everything and I end up with panda eyes :))
The eyeliner is of an unsaturated color, more like a dark gray rather than black. It is not long-lasting and tends to smudge. I expected better quality considering its price.
Not an eyeliner, but a nightmare. It smudges, runs, and has a strong alcohol smell. To apply it neatly, you need to use half a pack of cotton swabs. The only positive aspect is the convenient applicator, but even that is outweighed by the horrible quality of the eyeliner itself.
Applying this eyeliner is extremely easy and simple, I can confidently say that as someone who has never been able to draw decent winged eyeliner before. But with this product, I can achieve perfect wings right from the first attempt. One of its advantages is that it dries quickly and beautifully applies even a thick layer of eyeshadow without smudging throughout the day. It has a wonderful matte black color without any gaps. Contrary to what was mentioned earlier, it is not dry. It can be easily removed with regular soap and water. However, it is not advisable to cry or get caught in the rain while wearing it, as it tends to smudge instantly.

To prevent smudging, apply eye shadow or powder on the eyelid, not just cream.
If you want a darker line, draw it twice. And everything will be perfect.

The eyeliner is good. I purchased it in January 2020, and it is still fresh. The color is a dense black, and the tip does not bend. I have been using eyeliners for many years, but the bending tip has always been a nuisance. This Vamp eyeliner is more like a marker than a brush, so with some practice, you can achieve a thin line. It does not smudge on the eyelids, but if you touch it with your hands, it will smear. For comparison, I have included photos of MaxFactor Masterpiece and Maybelline HyperPreciseAllDay eyeliners. These eyeliners have a bending tip, which personally is inconvenient for me.
Great eyeliner, I use it every day and it has served me well for six months! And it still draws nicely. Definitely worth getting!

I absolutely adore this amazing marker! Even though the manufacturer states that it has a shelf life of 6 months after the first use... but what??? I've had mine for four years now, or rather I have two of them. I used to use them every day, but now I use them occasionally and surprisingly, they still work perfectly and the color is very long-lasting. The brush itself is fantastic, it doesn't scratch the paper. Just superb! Number one in the entire Vamp line.
