I have purchased this product before, and its effects last me for two weeks. It does not cause any allergies, and it successfully removes all unwanted hair. However, for some stubborn hair strands, I have to use tweezers to pluck them out.
Before placing an order, I read reviews everywhere twice. When I received the Cream, I first applied it to my hand and waited for about 7 minutes. Then, I started removing it with a spoon and my hair really disappeared, but only a little and it didn't sting, I just felt that the cream was on my hand. Then, I applied a thin layer above my upper lip and again on my hands. I waited for about 5-6 minutes above my upper lip and on my hands. I started rinsing off above my lip when I felt a slight tingling sensation. Conclusion: it really removes hair, maybe not all of it directly, but it worked on my hands and above my upper lip. I have never used anything like this before, and I have already had more than 30 sessions for laser hair removal on my upper lip with no results. I think if you feel any tingling sensation, just rinse it off with water.

I usually use this type of cream for my body, and when it comes to body cream, there is no redness, just a slight itchiness for a day. I decided to try the same brand for my face, saw it in the store, and applied it to my hand as instructed. Everything was fine... I applied it to my face for a day, kept it on for 3 minutes, and felt a slight tingling sensation. When I washed off the cream, my face was red, but that's normal. I applied aloe gel, which helped reduce the redness on some parts of my face, but I got burns above my upper lip. The skin there is red and stinging, so now I have to treat it.
Ladies, do not buy this product, read the reviews. I regret not checking the makeup section earlier and not reading the reviews before making an impulsive purchase in the store.
Dear representatives of the brand, please do not respond with generic templates to everyone who suffered from your product. It would be better to create a proper formula like other brands!!!

The best facial hair removal cream. It's simply amazing. I've been using it for three years now. My skin is very sensitive. When using it, there is a slight tingling sensation, but I apply panthenol to soothe it. It doesn't burn or cause any irritation if you don't leave it on for too long. I highly recommend it.

This is terrible, my face became numb and covered in a rash. It started to burn and turn red, but it only went away after 2 days. It's a good thing I only applied it to a part of my face for testing. I kept it on for 3 minutes, as instructed.

I tried the cream.
My skin is sensitive and prone to allergies. I noticed that I shouldn't wet my face before applying the cream, otherwise I end up with a burn even after just 3 minutes. It seems like my skin doesn't have enough time to dry, even if I wipe it well. I apply the cream for three minutes, then I check by sliding a spatula. Don't leave it on for too long, it's better to pluck out any stubborn hairs, then there won't be any burns. If there's still a lot left, then hold it for another three to four minutes, carefully remove with the spatula, and use a cotton pad soaked in water to remove the residue. This way, I avoided burns. Although the first time I had burns for three days and swelling, I decided to give it another try and I don't regret it! Smooth skin, everything happens quickly and beautifully.
This is the best cream that I have been using for many years. I also bought it for my grandmother and mother. It has a minimal consumption rate and the price is excellent.
Great cream. I use it for facial hair above the upper lip. I leave it on for exactly 5 minutes, then remove it with a damp towel. It removes everything perfectly, I was pleasantly surprised.
Important! It is convenient to apply the cream with a spatula, but I do not recommend removing the cream with the spatula: it scratches the skin and causes severe irritation.
Here's how I do it:
1. I apply the cream with the smooth side of the spatula. I set the timer for 5 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes, I very carefully (!) and without applying pressure (!) remove the main part of the cream with the other side of the spatula, like a spoon.
3. I take a small towel. I moisten it with warm water and remove all traces of the cream. I remove it very thoroughly because if you leave even a little bit, it will cause burning and irritation!
4. I use any daily moisturizing cream.
If you feel a burning sensation after removing the cream, it means you didn't remove all of the cream! This is from personal experience.
Horrible cream. I kept it on for 3 minutes. My skin was left with numerous wounds and scratches. It did remove the hair, but now my entire face has bruise-like spots, similar to post-acne marks. If I had just shaved, the effect would have been better.
