The serum arrived open, unpackaged, and half of the bottle is missing

It's too early to write about the results because I just received the package today, but I understand that I will be completely satisfied. I am amazed by this serum! I have tried different ones before, but this one really works. After using the lotion and serum, I don't even need to apply the cream (especially during winter when my skin tends to get dry). The price is great. It's much more beneficial to get the 50ml size instead of the 30ml.
