Whitening Power Cream for Persistent Hyperpigmentation - Biotrade Melabel Forte Cream
I can't speak for pigmentation spots, but this product works amazingly well for acne.
I started using this whitening cream recently (already 10 days in use). My dermatologist recommended this cream to me because I have pigmentation spots along my cheeks (almost like yellow blush).
As for the effects so far:
- The spots have started to lighten and I can see that the pigmentation is becoming uneven, with gaps.
- The skin on my face is becoming more even in color.
- The redness from rosacea is also becoming less intense.
The cream has a pleasant smell and is yellowish in color. I apply it on my face at night, sometimes feeling a slight tingling sensation.
I understand that pigmentation doesn't fade quickly and there won't be instant results, but over time it will disappear thanks to this cream.
I randomly decided to read reviews about this cream, thinking I would find some useful examples. Instead, people are writing two words saying that it doesn't work and giving a suspicious impression. Because I have known this cream for more than a year, it was recommended to me by a colleague who is a dermatologist. I have personally prescribed it to girls with deep pigmentation spots multiple times and have seen its effective and consistent results. I also don't understand why people are writing reviews about it in the summer when it shouldn't be used. Its season is late autumn, winter, and maybe even March, before the strong sun starts. This is exclusively a nighttime product that flawlessly does its job. As an expert, it even bothers me to read such incomprehensible things about it. Therefore, for those who want quality whitening, for example, for melasma, I definitely recommend this product, as it is one of the top three available in Ukraine today.
Absolutely does not work. No effect at all.
I don't understand the negativity if the cream really works. It's not for everyday use, and you shouldn't expect miracles from it, as it can't handle persistent pigmentation on its own. However, with the right combination, I achieved amazing results. I think I noticed the first results in about three weeks, visually noticing that the spots had lightened and my skin tone had evened out. And with each subsequent week, I saw changes, albeit small ones. I was prepared for it not to be a quick process. I recommend everyone who has lost faith to try this cream and other products from the line. For example, I have the foam cleanser, day cream, night cream, and this fortifier every other day. This line was recommended to me by a dermatologist, and I am very grateful to her for this recommendation, as I finally saw the results of my efforts and money spent.
I bought this product back in May, but I have already thrown it away and forgot to write a review immediately. I have never had any allergies to skincare products before, but this time after using it for a week, I experienced redness. I also applied it to my elbows, where the skin is thicker, and there were no allergies, but the skin turned yellow and became rough. I do not recommend this product, it is a waste of money.
After three months of daily use, there was absolutely no effect on pigmentation. It slightly tightens and dries out the skin upon application.
This product is completely useless in my case. I have a couple of highly noticeable pigmentation spots on my face. I used it according to the instructions, together with the toner from the same company. There was no lightening effect, let alone the disappearance of the spots.
I am using a cream according to the system prescribed by the brand representative during a personal consultation. I cannot comment on its effectiveness yet as it has only been a month. At this stage, I actually prefer the tonic from the Pure Skin line. However, I am following the regimen and waiting for results.
I have a question: I am using the cream as prescribed, but I notice that the pillowcase is covered in cream (even though it is supposed to be absorbed). So, I have to wait for another 30-40 minutes for it to be fully absorbed. Is this correct? Or should it not be like this?

The cream was recommended by a dermatologist and I have been using it from February to April. The results are very good - smaller spots have completely disappeared and larger ones have become much lighter and less noticeable.

If you apply it thickly, a thin crust appears on the 2nd or 3rd day, the skin peels off and renews itself. But even that doesn't really help (regular acid peels work better).
Without using any pigments, it fades on my skin just as slowly. It doesn't help with the appearance of new spots. Apparently, there is very little kojic acid here, as it fails to suppress tyrosinase. I am currently using arbutin, which is significantly more effective.

The next morning, I noticed red spots appearing on my skin. My skin is sensitive, but I've never had a reaction to creams before. I couldn't evaluate the lightening quality of the product because I experienced redness every time I used it. I know that lasers are effective in removing pigmentation spots, and they are not as expensive as one might think. Plus, there's no need to apply anything, except it might be a bit painful.
What I want to write, honestly, from the heart: after buying the cream and using it twice, I realized that it is necessary to consult with a cosmetologist/dermatologist before trying such creams. I tried applying it on pigmented spots above my lip and everything was fine, no reaction to the cream. But when I applied it to my chin in two spots, my skin turned horribly red. It felt like these pigmented spots had become even larger in diameter and redder, as if I had burned my skin. The same thing happened on my forehead. I applied it for two consecutive days and in the mirror, I can see that the spots have even widened. It's strange. It seemed like it worked fine on my lips, but the reaction on other areas of the skin is odd. I still want to try applying it again, but it's a shame to waste 530 UAH. However, it's also scary because after using such a cream, I might have to visit a cosmetologist for a long time to fix the situation. The cream is definitely very powerful, the first time I've come across something like this. I have tried others before, but they didn't work at all. However, the essence of this review is: the most important thing is not to harm the skin even more.

I bought this cream based on the reviews. The dispenser is indeed finicky, but as mentioned below, if you twist it on its axis, it helps solve the problem of delivering the cream.
About the cream: it is a gently-yellow color and has a slight graininess; it has a pleasant, subtle scent. It spreads easily on the skin, doesn't leave any greasy residue, and doesn't roll off.
About the results: I have been using it for 10 days, mainly at night, sometimes replacing it with 20% azelaic acid, meaning I don't use it every day. The spots are gradually lightening, which is a fact. Now they remind me of islands of merged freckles. I will continue using it for a month, as recommended by the manufacturer. And I will try the sunscreen from the same series.
P.S. In the morning, I use SPF 50 sunscreen, always, regardless of the weather conditions.
P.P.S. The main lightening agent in the cream is not only a stable form of vitamin C but also kojic acid, which for some reason is modestly omitted.
