This is a great pencil. I use it with an angled brush to fill in my eyebrows and draw very fine lines for my eyeliner. It stays on perfectly and is difficult to remove. I have shade 101, which is even blacker than black.
The best eyeliner pencil out of all the ones I've tried (and there were a lot), it stays on perfectly even in my waterline (none of the previous ones could handle that). But keep in mind that it dries quickly, so if you plan on smudging it after applying, do it right away!

It seems to stay in place well throughout the day, but towards the end of the day, it tends to smudge a bit. However, considering the price, it's excellent.
