The base is very beautiful, just what I was looking for. I applied a thin layer of transparent base from Moon. However, it stings a lot under the lamp. I will provide feedback regarding its durability.
I applied two coats of this #2009 delicate blue shade, which beautifully shimmers with small multicolored sparkles. However, I deduct one star for its tendency to smudge if not dried quickly enough, requiring careful and speedy application to avoid any spreading.
