It has almost no smell and gives a pleasant cooling sensation on the lips. However, this particular variant has an unpleasant medicinal smell instead of the advertised vanilla scent, and it does not provide any cooling effect on the lips. However, it still moisturizes well. When this one runs out, I will go back to the mint flavor and won't repeat the vanilla-mint option due to its smell.
