I purchased these curlers twice. The first set I bought were Proseries TicoProfessional curlers, which had good quality packaging and beige rubber bands. However, in my recent order, I received a set of curlers from Comair Germany with white rubber bands. I haven't had the chance to use these curlers yet, as they have been sitting in their packaging for over 2 months. Yesterday, I inspected all the curlers from this batch with white rubber bands and found that all the bands were deteriorating. The quality of these curlers is poor. I have attached photos of the packaging from both different batches and manufacturers. Unfortunately, I had already thrown away the curlers with the deteriorating white rubber bands, so they are not shown in the photos.

The elastic in the hair ties simply falls apart and cracks. It's just horrible. I bought 2 packs.

I agree with Marina, a few rubber bands broke right away.

The hair curlers are definitely cool, I'm not sure how they will perform though. But today, when I received my order, I immediately put the elastics on them and three of them broke right away. It's such a pity. And when the time comes to actually use them, who knows how many more elastics will "fly" because it feels like the elastics have lost their elasticity over time and they break easily.
