This cream is very good. It's exactly what you need for winter. I tried it at the cosmetologist's office (in a large size) and decided to get it for home use. It seemed like the consistency of this cream is slightly different in the large and small packaging. Before this, I used Academie Creme Rich. The effect is practically the same. However, for my combination skin, Royale is a better fit.
