    I am satisfied with the straightener, and I have no complaints at the moment.

    It's just okay. I was expecting more. For some reason, it crunches when I press the plates. This gives off a cheap feel. The website states that it's made in Germany, but on the actual straightener, it says "Made in China." It's sad(( I'm disappointed.
