Today I received the brush. I am shocked by what I was sent. I only didn't refuse it because I wanted to take a photo and send a question to Ruby Rose and Mike Up. I compared it to the same brush I ordered before. The one I received today does not have the embossing of Ruby Rose, the brush name, or number. Also, its shape is not properly angled. What I received today is a brush made in a makeshift way in a garage. No embossing, no proper shape - it's just round, like a powder brush, and the bristle color is different. They just stuck a sticker on the packaging that says it's Ruby Rose!!! My question to the makeup brand: you will probably respond, as always, that the manufacturer has the right to change the color/packaging/appearance, but when you accept the product, don't you have to check if it really came from Ruby Rose or from a neighboring garage? Or is it not important to you what you sell on your platform? Out of principle, I will send the photo and order screenshot from your website to Ruby Rose's official site and ask them to comment if they had such a batch and which countries it was sent to (if it existed), although I highly doubt it. You have become unclear sellers who don't care what they sell, where no one checks the received product and freely sell inappropriate merchandise, even from such budget-friendly brands. It's just disgusting. It's a pity that I can only attach one photo.
