I have been using this product for two years now and I really like it. However, it doesn't fully lighten the hair. It's like a toner. The effect of lightened hair lasts for almost two weeks, but then it washes out and the hair returns to its original state.
The cream is effective. It slightly tingles right after application. After rinsing, the skin looks brighter, but I didn't notice any difference the next day. I left it on for 5 minutes. The following day, I repeated the process on darker areas.

Great product! I am satisfied with it as it effectively covers the hair above the lip. Some areas may require two applications, leaving it on for 10 minutes each time. Today is the 13th day after applying the color, and I can already see that I will need to repeat the procedure. I will definitely order more of this product. Highly recommended.
I was unpleasantly disappointed by the lack of instructions. Even if we assume that the product comes without instructions, the packaging is entirely in a foreign language. It is unclear how a person who bought it for the first time should use it.
It definitely brightens, but for brunettes, you need to apply it twice or leave it on for a longer time. However, I left it on for longer and ended up with irritation, so don't do that. The only downside is that it's expensive, but it does come in a large volume. It would be better if they made a smaller size.
