Facial Peeling with Glycolic & Salicylic Acids - Face Lab Glycolic+Salicilic Peeling pH 3,0
This is a fantastic exfoliator.
I have oily skin. The peeling worked well for me. It significantly cleansed and narrowed my pores. I have used many peelings before, but this one helped much better. The price doesn't always reflect the quality, but in this case, the quality is higher than the cost. Thank you to the Ukrainian manufacturer.
I did not like it. Jole with lactic and almond acid gives a much better effect. Two stars for not making the skin worse. It feels like applying water, no tingling sensation at all. Simply zero effect.
As a peeling, it is very weak. Perhaps only suitable for very sensitive and capricious skin. However, as a night serum, it is a revelation! It removes acne overnight! I don't overuse it, I use it about twice a week, after, in the morning and for the next night, something restoring with peptides, panthenol, etc. I initially bought the first bottle as a peeling, wanted to throw it away, but then I adapted it and I'm very happy! Test it out, maybe my method will work for someone else.
I really liked the peeling. After using it, I apply a hyaluronic cream from the same brand for moisturizing and soothing.
First experience with acid peeling, specifically looking for glycolic acid for the "age effect". On the first use, I could barely endure it for 3 minutes. My skin reacted harshly and I had to sleep on my back because touching the pillowcase was painful. There was no peeling, but my irritated skin lasted for a while. After a week, I increased the time to 5 minutes, and although it still itched a bit, my skin didn't freak out anymore. After another week, I went up to 8 minutes and didn't even feel it, no redness afterward. I apply it on a well-cleansed face (with a hydrophilic cleanser and gel in a couple of portions), then rinse it off with a toner and use a non-removable moisturizing mask. On the first try, I just closed it with a night cream, maybe it wasn't soothing enough, but the mask (May Island 7 Days Secret Deep Water Sleeping Mask Pack) worked amazingly on the next use (immediately after peeling and again overnight the next day). I apply it on my face and neck. In the morning, I follow my standard skincare routine and use sun protection (SPF 50). Why 4/5? Because I didn't notice anything in 3 weeks that could be attributed to the peeling effect. My pores remained the same, along with blackheads on my nose. Maybe it takes more time for the first effect to show, I will update after finishing the product. However, I probably won't repeat the process. I am 34.5 years old, with oily and sensitive skin - any slight irritation immediately causes red patches, swelling, looseness, enlarged pores, and flaking in winter.
A great exfoliator for its excellent value. After using it, the skin looks very fresh.
This product effectively exfoliates the skin without causing any excessive burning sensation. It is a decent product considering its price. I would also like to try another peeling product from this brand.
This product effectively removes blemishes caused by acne and also helps to minimize pores. It lasts me for approximately 2-3 months.
The exfoliant is amazing! It doesn't cause any skin peeling for me (I applied it in 3 layers and left it on for 20-30 minutes). I guess my skin is already used to such procedures. But my skin tone has evened out, the underlying layers have tightened, and my pores have become smaller. It fulfills its function and my skin has improved. Compared to visits to a cosmetologist, this home care is just as good!
I have purchased this product multiple times, as it is an effective exfoliator with a moderate level of firmness.
This is a great exfoliator that actually works, and the results are noticeable immediately after rinsing. I highly recommend it.
The exfoliant is disappointing. I chose the one with the lowest pH, hoping for better results (previously tried a different brand's acid peel). Unfortunately, I don't feel any effects at all. I do not recommend it.
It's true - it doesn't sting, burn, or clog pores at all))). After rinsing, there is no feeling of roughness on the face, as if I have washed off everything that could be washed off. The claimed pH is 3.0 - well, I don't know, I have something to compare the sensations with.
To be honest, I'm outraged by the reviews where people claim that the peeling doesn't work. It's complete nonsense. If you properly cleanse your skin before applying the peeling and, most importantly, use products WITHOUT OILS in their composition, you will immediately feel a slight burning sensation. It's not too intense, but it's definitely noticeable. After the peeling, I recommend moisturizing your skin with natural aloe gel or any emollients (without fragrances and dyes in their composition). This is because the peeling effectively exfoliates the top layer of the skin, and aggressive creams can cause irritation or react with the acids if you didn't rinse off the peeling properly.
This product is a greasy and confusing mixture. Those who have had professional peels done by a cosmetologist will understand my disappointment. I don't feel any sense of purification, let alone renewal. Don't waste your money on this ineffective product, look for something more effective instead.
This is a good exfoliator for home use, it is gentle. I have sensitive combination skin, and after a month it became noticeably cleaner and more even-toned, and my T-zone became less oily. I comfortably use this exfoliator twice a week, applying two layers and leaving each layer on for 10 minutes, and my face shines with cleanliness. Of course, for a deeper cleanse, a stronger product is needed, but for maintaining good condition, this serum is perfectly suitable.
I bought this product based on the reviews, and I am disappointed. It's completely useless - I applied three layers for 15 minutes and saw zero results! Who said it would clean pores from the first use? They didn't even shrink! The exfoliating effect is absolutely non-existent, as if there are no acids in it at all. I understand it's meant to be gentle, but regular soap works better for me. Apparently, it only helps people who don't wash their face at all.
I'm buying it for the second time because it's really a great peeling for home procedures.
I held the peeling for a bit, and it slightly tingled my skin. Now it's peeling off, but at least I confirmed that the peeling works. I recommend following the instructions.
