The packaging states that the perfume composition is made in France.
The scent is fresh and floral, quite decent for such a ridiculously low price, but it would have been better if it were more herbal, more green, to match the color of the packaging.
Of course, the scent is weak and fleeting, but it is a cologne, and a very affordable one at that.
