Most of the nail does not dry, and where it did dry, it became a solid film and peeled off. It peeled off along with the applied polish. In fact, the price suggests quality, but I do not recommend it even for experimentation.
The top coat works well, my manicure lasts up to 5 days with it. Occasionally, there are some bubbles, but you can practice applying it without them. I used to use Orly Sec n dry before, and the difference is not very noticeable.

If applied over the nail polish, it dissolves... but if used as a regular clear coat, without a top coat, it's okay.
We didn't buy it here, but it takes a very long time to dry and the varnish smears or leaves marks after sleep.
