This is a very good shampoo that I have been using for a long time. It has a pleasant scent and consistency, and it doesn't dry out my hair. It lathers well and easily, in fact, everything is excellent about it.

The shampoo has a pleasant and subtle scent. It lathers well. However, its consistency is very liquid, as if diluted with water, and it spreads too easily between the fingers, so I have to pour it into the cap first and then directly onto my head. It thoroughly cleans my hair, to the point of squeakiness. I have natural hair and I don't use straighteners or blow dryers. After a month of use, I have noticed that it seems to dry out my scalp and my hair looks damaged. There is no volume at all, even though I use it together with the conditioner from the same series.
