AHA/BHA Cleansing Gel - Village 11 Factory Active Clean Gel Cleanser
I have bought this gel for the second time now. It is really great, it doesn't dry out the skin, but instead makes it feel tight and radiant. I really liked it.
I tried this product for the first time, and it turned out to be the perfect gel, and here's why:
- The foam is just right for me, not too soapy and not too weak, so it rinses off and foams equally well. The product is also very economical because the gel itself is highly concentrated.
- The scent is barely noticeable, fresh, and reminds me of soap bubbles.
- After application, my skin doesn't feel tight, but I do feel refreshed. Some people may find it insufficient, but it's important to consider that the presence of acids in the formula creates a cumulative effect. Therefore, for my problematic oily and dehydrated skin, it provides a balanced cleansing.
- The result is that my skin became more moisturized, and I experienced fewer breakouts and redness, thanks to the exfoliating effect of the acids in the formula.
However, there are a few downsides. Although the package arrived well-packaged, the product bottles themselves were significantly damaged, appearing to be a factory defect. In the case of the gel, it leaks even when the tube is closed in a vertical position, which shouldn't happen. The serum bottle was also noticeably damaged. Because of these issues, I'm giving it 4 stars.
P.S.: I'm writing this review after using the product for 2 weeks, and I can say that it has had an effect. However, I want to mention that I also purchased the serum from this line (Village 11 Factory Active Clean Serum), so my results may also depend on that fact.
