I purchased a women's perfume as a gift, but the scent turned out to be terrible. It smelled like cheap soap. I called to return or exchange it, but the representative refused to take my request. Finally, after insisting, he reluctantly accepted it, but without any results. They asked me to provide confirming photos that the perfume was unused, which I did. I sent up to 10 photos and even made a video. Another representative called me and denied my refund, despite being a loyal customer. It saddens me that the company MyCap treats its customers this way. I had hoped for a positive resolution and wanted to leave a corresponding review, but unfortunately...
I would give this product three stars only for the sake of nostalgia. I have been using it every winter since my youth in 2000, which is already 23 years. In the past, the bottle had a metal decoration, and the scent of Remi would linger even after washing and during the summer. The longevity and depth of the fragrance were impressive. Last year, I bought the perfume here again, but the bottle is no longer the same. It now has a plastic top, which I received yesterday, and it's not just plastic, but also "glued by drunk Chinese people" - I think it's clear what that means. The cap is detached. The scent is not similar to the old deep fragrance; it is more superficial, as if they took away half of the ingredients. It's similar, but not the same, just not the same. And please don't mention getting used to it or anything else. I have top fragrances that I have been using for 20-25 years, and if it's not the same, then it's not the same.
Nobody liked the smell. As good as the packaging and bottle are, the smell is just not there. I can only give two stars for the bottle and packaging... The smell is sour, uninteresting, not long-lasting, it doesn't leave a trail. People write good reviews, maybe it used to be like that before, maybe the formula has changed. In any case, we do not recommend it. We bought two other fragrances from this brand, one for men and one for women, and we really liked them. We decided to try this one and we completely regret it.

I kept trying to remember what it reminded me of, where I had heard something similar. In the morning, I brought the bottle to my nose and realized - it's similar to Noa by Cacharel! Not a clone, but there's a resemblance. Noa is soft, quiet, creamy, while Remy is vibrant, long-lasting with a trail, maybe even fresher. It's not synthetic, the bottle is of good quality, and the tin can has rainbow shimmer on top.
I received my order. Everything is top-notch. The delivery was fast. The fragrance is excellent. It has a very long-lasting scent (3-5 days) and it changes every day (playing with different aromatic notes). It has a trailing effect. This fragrance is for refined tastes. It's not exactly delicate, but it's not sharp either. I am satisfied.
This water is amazing! My mom used it 10 years ago, and everyone asked her what perfume she was wearing?! So, I decided to spray it on myself while going for a walk and received a lot of compliments for this scent. Recently, I came across this fragrance by chance, bought it, and I'm enjoying the smell. Thank you Makeup for the fast delivery. Thanks to the courier as well! Also, I have a question. When I ordered the water in the perfume section on Marquis Remi, there was a gift icon. I assumed there should have been some kind of gift, but there wasn't one. Can you please explain what that meant? Thank you.
Love at first sniff. Very pleasant and unique fragrance. It is also incredibly long-lasting. Once you start using Remy, switching to another scent becomes impossible.
