This is a very interesting thing. We just bought it and I've been using it. It's fascinating! It has a strong eucalyptus scent, making you feel like a koala. However, it looks like a very natural product, and you can feel that there is a good concentration of essential oils in it.

I liked the balm. Ladies, don't expect miracles from herbal extracts! It eases breathing and improves overall well-being during a cold. But it's not like chemicals that instantly get you back on your feet.

Herb-mint scent. Personally, it didn't help me with my headache. It slightly eased breathing during a cold. In general, nothing special. It may be worth a try due to its affordable price. By the way, the annotation states that it is not recommended for pregnant women ;-)
